This role is crucial to elevate the email marketing performance across all Ruby Labs brands, owning the end-to-end email marketing strategy and execution. Working with the Marketing Director and the Data & Product teams, the mission will be to boost email marketing performance by 50% by optimizing and building new email flows.

Drive app growth campaigns, app store optimization (ASO), localized app store strategies, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) efforts. Use analytics tools to track, measure, and optimize organic growth performance. Improve app store reviews and ratings to ensure a strong brand presence. Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor ASO strategies.

As a key member of the marketing team, you’ll play a vital role in optimizing our acquisition funnel, running digital campaigns, and driving performance across various channels. Work closely with sales, product marketing, and growth product to expand our reach, generate high-quality leads, and contribute to revenue growth.
