Support the operational and settlement aspects of the principal trading business. As a Member of Trading Operations, Technical Ops, you will play a critical role in overseeing post-trade processes and settlement across digital assets. Beyond supporting the daily trade flow, the role calls for a builder’s mentality - identifying inefficiencies, uncovering pain points, and developing automated workflows at scale. This position requires a strong understanding of trading operations, blockchain technology, and technical tooling to evolve the middle/back office at speed. The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of process and tooling—someone who can own day-to-day operations while asking, “what can we automate?” You bring SQL fluency, scripting instincts, and a collaborative mindset to help bridge trading operations and engineering, working across institutional crypto flows in a fast-paced environment.
