Salesforce Techno-Functional Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure Salesforce solutions using declarative platform capabilities, including Flows, Validation Rules, Dynamic Forms, Lightning App Builder, Security, Approval Processes, and Object Model configuration.
• Develop custom functionality where required using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce APIs, while following a low-code, configuration-first approach.

Integration and Collaboration:

• Build and support integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems such as ERP platforms, middleware, marketing solutions, and external applications.
• Collaborate closely with consultants and architects to translate functional requirements into scalable, maintainable technical solutions while supporting testing, troubleshooting, and deployment activities.

Quality and Best Practices:

• Contribute to solution quality through technical documentation, code reviews, best practices, reusable components, and continuous platform improvements.

Qualifications:

• Strong Salesforce configuration experience with the ability to develop when required.
• Experience with Apex, LWC, SOQL, REST APIs, and integrations.
• Understanding of Salesforce products and ecosystem, with a plus for Data Cloud, Agentforce, AI capabilities, or integration platforms.
