Director of Finance

Responsible for coordinating annual audit activities including tracking open items on audit checklist and managing the relationship with external auditor. Supporting various donor related audits and preparing the annual 990. Ensure compliance with internal and external policies and procedures, including all local, state, federal, financial reporting and regulatory requirements. Develop multi-year financial models and scenario planning tools aligned to strategic goals and roadmap, also the annual budget planning process. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Manage the gift-in-kind revenue and expense accounting. Oversee all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems ensuring compliance with appropriate US GAAP and 2 CFR part 200 standards and regulatory requirements. Mentor and develop team members to further build the overall capacity and skillsets of the accounting and finance teams.
