You will join a fast-paced data environment where reporting innovation drives meaningful business decisions. You will play a central part in modernizing reporting infrastructure, improving data processes, and partnering with product, business, and vendor teams to ensure accuracy, scalability, and efficiency. This position combines analytical depth with operational ownership, offering the opportunity to influence reporting strategy and enhance data-driven capabilities across the organization. You will work on complex datasets, optimize performance monitoring, and guide the evolution of internal data flows.

Lead the transformation of vendor reporting by identifying inefficiencies, automating manual workflows, and establishing scalable reporting frameworks. Collaborate with product teams to prioritize and implement new reporting features, ensuring seamless compatibility during client migrations. Work closely with external vendors to refine data exchange processes, resolve discrepancies, and enhance data quality for all stakeholders.

Serve as a subject-matter expert on internal data flows, ensuring reporting aligns with platform architecture, compliance requirements, and product evolution. Conduct deep-dive performance analyses across vendor datasets to detect issues, identify optimization opportunities, and prevent performance degradation. Implement proactive monitoring and alerting mechanisms to surface bottlenecks and operational risks. Document infrastructure updates, best practices, and reporting standards to promote transparency and knowledge sharing.
