Responsibilities:
- Conduct synchronous telehealth consultations for cardiometabolic conditions as scheduled.
- Perform medical assessments and provide recommendations or prescriptions.
- Maintain accurate documentation in the EHR system.
Qualifications:
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
- Active medical license in California.
- Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Endocrinology, Cardiology, or Obesity Medicine.
Contract Terms:
- This is a 1099 independent contractor engagement.
- Contractors are not eligible for employee benefits.
- Contractors retain control over how services are provided.
