Requires Bachelor's in STEM with 10+ years of AI architecture, data science, or AI engineering experience, or Master's with 8+ years.
Must have deep learning expertise, leadership experience, and ability to obtain a DoD Top Secret clearance; U.S. citizenship is required.
Desirable: Active Top Secret clearance, eligibility for SAPI/SCI access, and willingness for a counterintelligence polygraph.

Responsibilities:

Lead the identification and cultivation of innovative AI initiatives and work with senior engineering management to grow AI capabilities.
Engage with customers to understand requirements, present solutions, and adapt them to evolving needs, including risk management on critical programs.
Demonstrated success as a technical lead on competitive proposals and in leading large, distributed, multi-disciplinary teams to deliver AI solutions.

Preferred Skills:

Proficiency in ML/DL frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), Python, Git, DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes), and Linux command line.
Experience with large datasets (image, cyber, NLP, signal), AI roadmaps, IRAD, AWS/Azure AI services, and regulatory compliance for AI deployment.
Excellent communication skills to present AI solutions to technical and programmatic leadership and influence stakeholders.
