SME Contractor

The SME Contractor will primarily focus on writing and maintaining our OpenTofu Infrastructure as Code (IaC) library within the Kubernetes and Networking subject matter expertise. This is a flexible part-time role with tickets assigned and generally having a 1-3 day Service Level Agreement (SLA), providing flexibility as to when work is completed. Responsibilities include participating in business-hours support within your specific subject matter expertise area to resolve customer tickets and knowledge base posts, keep GitHub issues and external PRs up to date, and ensure modules are kept up to date with 3rd party tool releases. Additional responsibilities are to help create and maintain a clean GitHub Project backlog, teach Gruntwork and DevOps best-practices, and automate and document solutions to mitigate problems for future users. The role also involves contributing to our open-source projects, including Terragrunt, Terratest, cloud-nuke, bash-commons, and boilerplate.
