Analytics Engineer Lead

We’re seeking a hands-on Analytics Engineering Lead to head our data infrastructure and modeling efforts. In this role you will manage a small team while also contributing directly as an individual contributor. You’ll collaborate closely with our analytics, data science, and ML teams to deliver high-quality, reliable data to the whole company. Responsibilities include managing a small team of data engineers, building models and pipelines, owning the team’s roadmap, and establishing best practices for data modeling, testing, QA, and documentation. Requirements include 5+ years of experience in data engineering or analytics engineering, experience with BI tools like Looker, a strong grasp of data warehouse concepts, and excellent communication and leadership skills.
