Senior FP&A Analyst

We’re looking for our first FP&A-dedicated analyst to join our growing finance team. You’ll help build our FP&A processes as the business undergoes significant growth and transformation. In this role, you will help drive strategic decision-making through data, insight, and financial rigor. You will work cross-functionally with leadership across the organization to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Responsibilities include leading monthly forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis, building and maintaining financial models, partnering with department heads, driving process improvements, preparing executive dashboards, and providing ad hoc analysis. The candidate should bring 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance. Experience building financial models and partnering with cross-functional teams is required.
