Job Summary:
- Serve as a key point person for executing investment implementations for complex portfolio transitions and high net worth clients.
- Support newly acquired firms assimilating to the investment platform and collaborate with Wealth Advisors, Operations, Portfolio Management, Compliance, and Trading.
- Drive organic growth by developing investment deliverables for prospective clients and providing insights to optimize portfolios.
Essential Job Functions:
- Deliver concierge-level service and communication, ensuring excellent experiences for Wealth Advisor Teams.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of capital markets, portfolio design, and complex investment vehicles including public and private markets.
- Manage efficient processes and workflows, coordinating improvements and meeting Service Level Agreements for portfolio implementations.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Economics, Psychology, or Finance; CFP and/or Series 65 required.
- Minimum 4 years of financial industry experience, working knowledge of Orion and Morningstar preferred.
- Advanced MS Excel skills, strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational abilities with high attention to detail.
