As a Delivery Manager at AltScore, you are the driving force behind timely, high-quality customer implementations. You coordinate resources, remove blockers, and build processes that empower our delivery engineers to focus on technical excellence and customer success. Your mission is to optimize project execution, develop team capabilities, and maintain operational excellence that fuels AltScore’s growth and client satisfaction. Responsibilities include project pipeline management and resource allocation, team development and capability building, operational excellence and process optimization, customer relationship and communication management, cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management, and business impact and performance analytics.
