Project Manager Team Lead (Legal Financial Systems)

As the primary point of contact for client engagements, the Finance Systems Project Manager Team Lead ensures consistent client satisfaction through exemplary leadership and responsive service. This role oversees the implementation team to ensure effective task, risk, and time management, guaranteeing projects are completed on time, within budget, and in scope while delivering exceptional value. Responsible for the success of multiple concurrent projects, the Project Manager excels at collaborating with business and technology leaders to deliver solutions that help clients maximize their investment. As Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing up to three Project Managers, ensuring adherence to best practices and Harbor methodologies, developing and mentoring team members, and serving as an escalation point as needed.
