Product Support Manager- Deltek Vantagepoint

Responsibilities:

• Coaches, directs, coordinates, facilitates and supervises section personnel.
• Oversees the end-to-end configuration, and optimization of Deltek Vantagepoint ERP system.
• Manages system setup and activation tasks including user account creation, role-based security configuration, fiscal year setup.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor or Master´s Degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum of ten (10) to twelve (12) years related experience in enterprise software administration and implementation
• Deltek VantagePoint experienced is required
