About the Role:
- Legal services team dedicated to homeowner association matters across California.
- Manage civil litigation caseload independently and advise clients on disputes.
What You'll Do:
- Handle full-cycle litigation, including complaints, motions, discovery, and court appearances.
- Represent HOAs in real estate, construction defect, creditor-side bankruptcy, and judgment collection.
What We're Looking For:
- Seven or more years of civil litigation experience and active California Bar membership.
- Knowledge of HOA law, Davis-Stirling Act, real estate, and strong legal writing.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Annual base salary of $160,000 to $200,000.
- Remote within the United States, with occasional visits to West Los Angeles.
