As a Senior Clinical Research Associate, manage clinical site monitoring across Croatia, Serbia and Bosnia.
Act as primary point of contact for investigative sites, ensuring compliance and data integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct onsite and remote monitoring visits, including site qualification, initiation, and close-out.
Review clinical trial data and source documentation for accuracy and completeness.
Mentor junior CRAs and participate in process improvement.

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field with 4–6 years of clinical research experience.
Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and local regulatory requirements.
Proficiency with EDC, IRT, eTMF, CTMS systems.
