• Creating accurate and detailed 3D models of buildings and physical spaces using scanning technologies.
• Processing, analyzing, and managing lidar-derived point clouds to support modeling efforts.
• Recommending CAD and BIM solutions, developing workflows, and generating deliverables tailored to project needs.

• Develop and maintain detailed Building Information Models for projects.
• Prepare and update 3D models, drawings, and layouts using BIM software.
