Global Cash and Markets Consultant – International Humanitarian Response Roster

This position will play a key role in ensuring Cash and Voucher Assistance (CVA) as CORE’s modality of choice during an emergency response by providing technical assistance across the program cycle, contributing to CORE’s country/emergency response strategy, partnership and proposal development, managing, designing and implementing gender-responsive and protection mainstreamed CVA and ensuring adherence to minimum standards and best practice. This position will rapidly be deployed (often within 72-hours of a crisis). This role will provide technical assistance, coordination, and support harmonization of programming needs and operational support for rapid response ensuring CORE’s CVA process and procedures are being implemented and lay the foundation for later phases of CVA emergency response and recovery, including an exit strategy.
