Role Overview:
- Support the Social Insights team in monitoring and analyzing social media conversations, digital trends, and audience behaviors.
- Collect, structure, and analyze social media data to identify relevant trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Assist in creating reports, dashboards, and presentations that translate social media data into clear and meaningful insights.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Marketing, Business Analytics, Data Science, Media Studies, or a related field.
- Strong analytical mindset with an interest in social media trends, digital audiences, and the creator economy.
- Good knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is an advantage.
