Submission Specialist

The Submissions Specialist ensures MLR submissions are accurate and delivered on time, powering seamless approvals and supporting continuous improvement. With precision and integrity, this role is essential to operational excellence and impactful client work. This role ensures every file is accurate, every deadline is met, and the team leverages technology to drive efficiency and quality. Day-to-Day Responsibilities include preparing, QC, and submitting materials for MLR review, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client requirements. They execute tagging and linking and other workflow-related tasks within Veeva PromoMats or other digital platforms. They use digital workflow platforms and submission tracking tools to keep documentation organized. They collaborate with multiple teams to ensure efficiency.
