Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop ETL processes and data pipelines using approved schemas and non-proprietary software standards.
- Develop client-specific obfuscated datasets meeting data protection standards and migrate them into non-production environments.
- Perform data cleansing, mapping, and support secure file-based ingestion from legacy systems, along with production migration and post-migration audit.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- US Citizenship and an active Public Trust level clearance are required.
- Undergraduate degree (or equivalent) with 5-7 years of relevant experience, including hands-on ETL development on enterprise-scale data migrations.
- Strong SQL and data transformation skills, with experience loading data into a cloud HCM or ERP platform.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience with Oracle HCM Data Loader (HDL) and HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader.
- Experience extracting from PeopleSoft HCM, Workday, or mainframe/COBOL HR systems.
- Federal HR data experience and familiarity with EHRI and federal records retention schedules.
