Director, Integration & Data Migration

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the integration and data migration program across core implementation and all client transitions.
• Direct integration architecture across the full system landscape including federal payroll, benefits, time/attendance, retirement, and agency-specific applications.
• Own the data migration strategy including data preparation, governance, target architecture, quality controls, and downstream use considerations.

Required Qualifications:

• US Citizenship and active Public Trust clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; 10+ years relevant experience with 5 years in consulting or leadership.
• Demonstrated program-level ownership of enterprise integration and data migration at scale.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Federal HR systems experience and familiarity with federal payroll provider landscape.
• Multi-agency or shared-service migration program experience.
• Experience with FedRAMP Moderate or higher environments.
