Job Description
This person will work as a Mid level Python Developer in one of CI&T's projects. Responsibilities include acting in the technical support of applications, performing analysis, diagnosis and correction of defects, including adjustments directly in the code. Furthermore, the professional will investigate incidents in production, identify root causes, and apply corrections within appropriate timeframes, ensuring service stability.
They will monitor the behavior of applications and contribute with preventive actions to avoid recurrence of failures, working in collaboration with development and operation teams, passing on technical information, aligning priorities and supporting continuous improvements. Also, they will document correctly incidents, applied solutions and support procedures, and support optimization and automation initiatives, suggesting incremental improvements in systems and processes.
