Role Overview:
- Generalist blue team security operations and engineering role with moderate autonomy.
- Own security engineering projects from design through implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently monitor, triage, and respond to security alerts and incidents.
- Engineer and maintain security technologies including SIEM, endpoint, and email security.
- Partner with teams to support security of technologies and systems.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of information security operations or engineering experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 security products, Windows/Linux, and scripting.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills.
Work Environment:
- Primarily desk-based with extensive collaboration and communication.
- Occasional in-person attendance at company events (0-2 times/year), optional or virtual.
