Engagement Execution:
- Execute core financial due diligence analyses: proof of cash, revenue and profitability trending, balance sheet reviews, and QoE/NWC adjustments.
- Build and maintain organized, accurate databooks from large, complex datasets to support defensible conclusions.
- Draft and revise report sections based on feedback, ensuring work is clear and precise before escalation.
Healthcare-Specific Analysis:
- Analyze revenue cycle dynamics, including collections trends, denial rates, days in A/R, and coding/billing patterns.
- Assess payor mix and reimbursement rate sensitivity across commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid payors.
- Evaluate provider productivity and compensation models (wRVU-based, collections-based, hybrid structures) and healthcare-specific QoE adjustments.
Firm Contribution:
- Support internal initiatives between engagements, such as peer coaching, recruiting, and process improvement.
- Track activity and manage workflow using Salesforce and firm tools to ensure operational efficiency.
- Own self-review of work; accuracy is your responsibility before it moves forward to senior team members.
