Linguistic Program Manager, Automotive+ France

Linguistic Program Managers are responsible for end-to-end benchmarking of the automotive solution, which includes the need to gather language-specific audio and text data, label them, and occasionally manage external resources to handle them. In this role, you will Design and execute benchmarks using audio and text data across multiple languages. Analyze benchmark results and report issues affecting NLU and/or ASR. Oversee and coordinate localization and audio data collection efforts utilizing internal and external resources. Work closely with internal teams to guarantee optimal quality in all delivered materials. You will have 1–5 years of experience and a degree in a relevant field (e.g., languages, translation, linguistics), or you demonstrate strong familiarity with languages and linguistic concepts and are comfortable working with multilingual content. Possessing a strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining clear timelines and priorities. You have technical “aptitude”; Comfortable executing scripts and manipulating files to manage test inputs and outputs. You are adaptable and eager to learn, with a demonstrated ability to quickly master QA processes, embrace diverse project roles, and thrive in dynamic team environments. You are detail-oriented with a keen ability to review results, identify discrepancies, and investigate issues thoroughly You have excellent analytical and communication skills, and can collaborate effectively in an international team setting.
