• Own product design end-to-end: from early concept to shipped feature with a high degree of autonomy.
• Design systems and flows: coherent product architecture across a complex multi-sided platform.
• Collaborate closely with engineers and the broader team to define and validate product hypotheses.

• Think in systems and design coherent experiences, finding the shortest path to the right structure.
• Drive tasks to completion on your own without hand-holding.
• Communicate ideas and trade-offs clearly so non-designers can follow your thinking.
