Job Description

This role involves owning end-to-end campaign execution across display, native, and sponsored formats, from trafficking to reporting, while managing tools and workflows across Google Ad Manager, programmatic platforms, and direct deals. Responsibilities include overseeing rate management, pacing, billing, and internal deal tracking, as well as leading post-sale client management and driving renewals. The candidate will build scalable processes and SLAs across sales, operations, and product teams, manage relationships with external partners, and partner with Legal, Finance, Product, and Sales to unblock delivery. Identifying tooling gaps and collaborating with Product/Engineering on solutions, standardizing reporting, and supporting dashboard development are also key aspects. Furthermore, the role includes directly managing the Ad Ops Manager and supporting future team growth.
