Job Description
As a Senior Reporting Analyst, you’ll play a key role on the Reporting Team, aligning cross-functional goals and driving strategic initiatives through advanced analytics. You’ll bring a full-lifecycle project perspective and a sharp analytical mindset. Manage and grow a Power BI reporting portfolio used by 900+ users across departments. Collaborate with database teams to implement automated reporting strategies, focusing on data flows and DAX.
Design and refine data models, document relationships across datasets for seamless Power BI integration. Lead report development projects which include planning, scheduling, and allocating resources to ensure timely, high-quality delivery. Partners with Tech Ops and business teams to build advocacy, create compelling visuals, and support data stakeholders. Translate business needs into clear technical documentation for report development.
