Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end implementation projects for healthcare organizations, including hospitals and health systems.
- Conduct pre-sales discovery sessions to assess workflows and technical infrastructure.
- Manage detailed implementation plans and ensure projects stay on schedule and within scope.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business, IT, or related field; Master's preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in implementation management or client delivery.
- Strong understanding of hospital operations and EMR/EHR integrations.
What We Offer:
- Competitive base salary of $120,000 to $155,000 with annual bonus potential.
