Senior Full Stack Engineer

As the Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will work across the stack to design, develop, and maintain web applications for both internal and external users. You will collaborate with clinical, product, and data teams to turn complex workflows into elegant user experiences, and own features end-to-end from backend APIs and data models to frontend UI and performance. You'll guide architecture decisions and contribute to system design for scalability and security and continuously improve code quality, testing, documentation, and CI/CD practices.
