Conduct and diagnose intakes, carry a small caseload, and provide clinical backup for acute safety and crisis needs across partner practices.
Supervise and develop a team of BHCMs, review documentation, and track KPIs to drive quality improvement.
Collaborate with Consulting Psychiatrists and interdisciplinary teams to refine workflows and deliver evidence-based, measurement-based care via telehealth.
