Role Overview:
- This is a clinical leadership position combining direct patient care, crisis response, and team supervision.
- You will shape how the collaborative care team grows and support patients with cancer and chronic illness.
What You'll Do:
- Conduct intakes, diagnose, and deliver brief evidence-based interventions.
- Serve as clinical backup for acute safety and crisis needs.
- Supervise BHCMs, audit documentation, and track KPIs.
Who You Are:
- A licensed clinician with 5+ years of experience and 3+ years leading clinicians.
- Fluent in English and Spanish, skilled in risk assessment and evidence-based approaches.
- Calm, decisive, and energized by a startup environment.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary range of $90,000–$95,000.
