About the Role:
- InStride Health seeks a Coach Manager to lead and develop a team of coaches delivering evidence-based support to patients and families.
- Reporting to the Senior Director of Coaching, you will provide people leadership, performance management, and operational oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, support, and develop coaches, fostering accountability, collaboration, and growth.
- Manage recruiting, performance reviews, goal setting, and team capacity.
- Partner with therapists to address complex patient needs and escalations.
What You Need to Succeed:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related behavioral health field.
- Experience supervising or managing professionals in a healthcare, behavioral coaching, or structured support environment.
- Strong communication, data-driven decision-making, and HIPAA compliance skills.
