Job Description
Lead and mentor a team of QA professionals in an Agile (Scrum) environment. Promote collaboration and communication within the QA team and cross-functional teams. Develop and implement effective test strategies and methodologies. Utilize Jira and Confluence to ensure comprehensive traceability of test projects. Collaborate with development and product teams to define and refine user stories and acceptance criteria. Apply black box testing techniques to thoroughly validate software functionality. Conduct exploratory testing to identify potential issues and enhance test coverage. Lead the design and implementation of automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver, Cucumber, Java, RestAssured, GIT, and Gradle.
