What You'll Do:

Design and build core transaction platform parts for correctness, scalability, and auditability.
Write design docs, review code, and integrate AI agents into daily workflows.
Mentor engineers and own production systems end-to-end with on-call rotation.

Must Haves:

Deep systems design and distributed systems experience with correctness-critical logic.
Strong Go or statically typed backend language (Java, Kotlin, Rust, C#) with willingness to ship Go quickly.
PostgreSQL expertise including schema design, query plans, isolation levels, and multi-tenant data.
