Job Description
Audience-Driven Content & Campaign Development:
Translate audience insights into actionable content strategies and integrated campaign concepts that drive engagement and pipeline growth.
Lead development of creative briefs and campaign narratives that reflect a deep understanding of the customer’s needs, pain points, decision-making processes, and preferred content formats.
Partner with analytics and research teams to evaluate performance data, optimizing content and messaging frameworks based on real-time results and testing.
Cross-Functional Collaboration with Product Marketing:
Develop content roadmaps and asset lists for various campaigns, informed by audience behavior and digital channel performance data.
Create templates and messaging frameworks that enable product teams to efficiently build out content that supports campaign narratives across multimedia formats and various digital channels.
Partner closely with product marketing teams to understand key business outcomes and solution value propositions for priority products.
Budget Management & Cross-Functional Leadership:
Drive cross-team alignment through regular planning sessions, clear documentation, and collaborative goal setting with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless campaign execution.
Manage budgets—including but not limited to influencer, media, content production, and agency costs—ensuring spend aligns with KPIs and delivers measurable ROI.
Support the strategy, planning, and execution of branded podcast and video advertising initiatives.
