Salesforce Developer

Expression is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to support the technical design and implementation of Salesforce solutions for our government clients. This role blends strategic planning with hands-on development to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance systems that meet complex mission needs. As a Salesforce Developer, you will contribute to the design and delivery of enterprise-grade Salesforce applications. You’ll work closely with technical teams and stakeholders to craft tailored solutions that align with business goals and federal standards. Key responsibilities include: Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions based on business and technical requirements Participate in and lead technical design sessions with development teams Develop custom features using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and other Salesforce technologies Integrate Salesforce with external systems and third-party applications Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including solution design artifacts Ensure development adheres to best practices around performance, scalability, and security Evaluate new Salesforce capabilities and features for potential adoption Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements and recommend effective technical approaches
