Paralegal, Legal & Compliance

The Paralegal will design and lead compliance monitoring and reporting projects that scale with Uniswap's growth, implementing compliance documentation processes and workflows to drive organizational efficiency. They will serve as a subject matter expert in interpreting evolving regulatory requirements, translating them into strategic compliance programs and risk mitigation strategies. The role includes assisting with compliance risk assessments, leading coordination with external compliance consultants, and driving cross-functional collaboration to implement updates to compliance processes and technology. In addition to compliance leadership, the Paralegal will support the litigation team with document collections, productions, and case management, assist commercial counsel with due diligence assignments, and contribute to organizational initiatives to improve legal team efficiency and knowledge management. They will identify process improvements across legal operations and manage small to medium legal projects with minimal supervision.
