Engineering Manager

Bring Conversational AI projects to life by leading and organizing the engineering team, defining architectural/technical requirements, developing and improving the platform, and integrating with other systems. Collaborate with Sutherland Global and client teams to gather technical requirements, provide support, and educate others. Develop standards to ensure scalability, system resiliency, and performance. Enhance tools and processes to accelerate development, improve teamwork, increase efficiency, capabilities, robustness, and quality. Work with a diverse team across multiple time zones (in-house & offshore) and alongside Data Scientists, Machine learning experts, and external partners to drive improvements to the AI/ML capabilities of the platform. Provide thought leadership on technologies, development, and collaboration processes, as well as industry-standard methodologies. Flexibility to work with distributed teams across multiple time zones is required, and occasional global and domestic travel may be necessary.
