Job Description
As a Scrum Master, you will facilitate Scrum events and coach teams to self-organize and continuously improve. You will design and lead retrospectives tailored to team needs, conduct quarterly team health checks and maturity assessments, and guide teams in applying lean and agile principles to improve delivery. This role requires fostering collaboration between Scrum Teams and stakeholders and mediating conflicts to ensure a healthy team environment. Identifying and removing impediments to team progress and leveraging empirical data to drive continuous improvement are key. You will prepare and present sprint reports and collaborate with product teams on backlog management and release forecasting using agile metrics.
