Key Responsibilities:
- Own full financial lifecycle of projects including budget, forecast, cost-to-complete, and margin.
- Manage project cash flow, billing milestones, and working capital.
- Lead change-order process and ensure margin protection.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related field; MBA or CPA a plus.
- 8+ years experience in project finance, commercial management, or FP&A in construction or infrastructure.
- Strong financial modeling and ERP skills, familiarity with NetSuite desirable.
