Job Description

The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for creating and publishing high-quality social media content that aligns with Insight Assurance’s brand voice and compliance-focused B2B audience. You'll need to adapt long-form content into concise, social-ready formats and maintain a social media content calendar. Coordination with Sales, Customer Success, SMEs, and Partners is very important to gather insights and validate content accuracy.

You should be able to monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and track performance metrics. The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of experience in B2B social media management, strong English communication skills, and experience with social scheduling tools and design tools like Canva.
