Pricing Data Analyst

The Pricing Data Analyst is responsible for developing compliant and competitive cost and pricing strategies to support government proposals and contracts. The analyst conducts market research on labor categories, material costs, and subcontractor rates to ensure pricing is both competitive and compliant with customer requirements. In partnership with capture, contracts, finance, and program management teams, the analyst ensures accuracy and consistency in pricing submissions, supports customer fact-finding and provides actionable insights that strengthen the company’s competitive positioning in federal acquisitions. Responsibilities include collecting, validating, and analyzing cost and pricing data, preparing cost estimates and models, developing cost narratives, and conducting scenario modeling. The analyst also maintains historical cost data, monitors actual costs against estimates, and collaborates with contracting to provide proposal support.
