Job Description

Act as a player-coach, leading by example in successfully launching & deploying newly sold customers while developing the team’s skills across every phase of onboarding: from running smooth Sales-to-Services handoffs and leading confident kickoff calls to troubleshooting technical blockers and holding customers accountable for deliverables and timelines. Partner closely with the Sales organization to ensure that deals are scoped, staffed, and launched according to plan. Manage and mentor a team of Implementation Consultants responsible for rapidly and successfully launching new customers, running trials, and ensuring a seamless transition to the appropriate Customer Success teams. Regularly communicate launch readiness, team bandwidth, and any risks or dependencies impacting deal activation. Lead new coaching and enablement initiatives for the Implementation team.
