Job Description
Design and execute a comprehensive email marketing strategy aligned with business goals. Map customer journeys and identify key touchpoints for automated and targeted communication. Design, build, and optimize multi-touch nurture streams for different audience segments to guide leads from awareness to sales-readiness. Manage and deploy campaigns to support top-of-funnel activities, including webinars, content downloads, and event promotions.
Full-Funnel Management: Promote content to attract and capture new leads, nurture MQLs with case studies, product info, and demo offers, create targeted campaigns to drive conversions and sales conversations. Develop programs for onboarding, feature adoption, upsell/cross-sell, and retention. Maintain database health, develop segmentation strategies, and leverage personalization for engagement. Continuously test subject lines, copy, CTAs, send times, and design to improve performance. Monitor and report on KPIs and use insights to iterate strategy. Manage marketing automation platforms and ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc. Partner with content, product marketing, and sales teams to ensure cohesive messaging.
