Product Designer

Responsibilities:

• Design and improve lending funnel experiences to help customers explore, compare, and select financial products with clarity and trust.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and data to deliver effective UX and UI solutions that enhance conversion.
• Utilize research and AI tools to identify user issues and contribute innovative ideas to evolve the product's direction and user experience.

Qualifications:

• Possess 3–5+ years of product design experience, preferably in fintech or e-commerce, with strong skills in UX, UI, and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to design flows that facilitate comparison and decision-making, with strength in UX content to shape user behavior effectively.
• Show a collaborative mindset, taking initiative to improve complex interfaces and showing curiosity in financial products to aid customer decisions.

Compensation and Benefits:

• The role offers an annual base salary range of $115,000 to $130,000, with an additional 20% incentive bonus target based on performance.
