Responsibilities:

  • Provide ongoing application support to clinical and operational staff, troubleshooting issues and ensuring users have resources for optimal patient care.
  • Act as a liaison between IT and clinical/business teams to manage expectations and resolve system-related problems.

Qualifications:

  • Requires a bachelor's degree in health informatics, Computer Science, or a related field, plus 2+ years in healthcare IT and EHR support.
  • Proven proficiency in Epic Ambulatory is required, with certification strongly preferred and experience in Epic areas like MyChart or Epic Care Link helpful.

Logistics and Compensation:

  • Position is remote and full-time, with occasional travel for onsite meetings, and reports to the Director of Informatics.
  • The annual pay range is $93,000 to $117,000, based on skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
