Applications Engineering Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a team of Applications Engineers across your territory, including 1:1s, performance conversations, and capacity planning.
• Own territory customer relationships, serving as escalation point for complex integrations and partnering with sales.
• Stay hands-on with design, commissioning, and troubleshooting of robotic cells and automation systems.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on applications engineering or automation experience, with fluency in mechanical, electrical, and software.
• 2+ years of people management or team lead experience.
• Strong customer-facing presence and ability to manage distributed teams.

Compensation:

• Base salary range of $140,000 to $180,000, plus employee stock options.
