Payroll Specialist

  • Own and execute full-cycle multi-state payroll in Workday for salaried and hourly employees, including off-cycle runs and bonuses.
  • Support the final phase of Workday Payroll implementation: configuration validation, parallel runs, and cutover from PEO.
  • Ensure tax compliance, GL reconciliation, and benefits/401(k) deductions, serving as the first point of contact for payroll questions.
